How to find what you need:

Use the search bar or drop down arrows in the relevant section to find the template or document you are looking for.

What’s the difference between CWN and AC versions?

We appreciate that our member organisations may have different preferences for the tone and style of the templates they wish to adopt. Some of you may prefer more of a standard, formal style of document (AC), whereas others may prefer them written in a more contextualised manner, nuanced specifically to the church setting (CWN). See below for how to identify the author and style of each resource and, where there is more than one version available, this should help you to make an informed choice of which to use.

CWN – where you see this acronym, you will find church contextualised policies, templates and guidance written by us (created from CIPD HR Inform templates and drawing upon our collective experience of managing HR in church and corporate settings).

AC – where you see this acronym, you will find standard, formal policies, templates and guidance written by Anthony Collins Solicitors (broken out from the Anthony Collins Employment Pack 2024, which can be found in the Main Document Templates section of this page).

* - where you see an asterisk, this indicates a statutory policy

** - where you see a double asterisk, this indicates a policy that is not statutory, but may cause risk/loss of credibility at tribunal, if not in place
